Sondheim and Co.: Worth Getting?

Does anyone have the book Sondheim and Co. Is it worth getting. I found a cop on Amazon for $12 and it looks interesting.

I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.

Absolutely! You won't be able to put it down. It's a "must read" if you ask me.

Yes- if you are in love with Sondheim (I know we all are!) this is a great book! A very intersting read.

You are in for a treat. Not only great behind the scenes stories of the making of his shows but also wonderful chapters on lyric writing, orchestrations, casting, and recording cast albums.

For anyone interested in the theatre is is an essential book.

Cast albums are NOT "soundtracks."
Live theatre does not use a "soundtrack." If it did, it wouldn't be live theatre!
