So Amazon still lists the remastered original cast recordings of Sweeney Todd, Merrily We Roll Along, Sunday in the Park With George and Into the Woods for release this Tuesday, February 14.
Anyone know if this time is for real?

I hate to be bearer of bad news but word is that these reissues will NOT be avaialble for Valentines day at all. (You would think SONY/BMG would ave alerted the online retailers but they didn't.) Word is that these Cd's may *possibly* come in April!
ALl I can say is I am sure glad I have held onto my originals!
Cast albums are NOT "soundtracks."
Live theatre does not use a "soundtrack." If it did, it wouldn't be live theatre!
