Hey guys, I was just thinking of songs such as Flying Away (Finale) from Fun Home and I Know it's Today from Shrek where there's three characters all of different ages singing together and wondered if anyone could think of other examples?

"I Want It All" from Baby. "A Certain Girl" from The Happy Time. "The Glamorous Life" from A Little Night Music.

"For This" and "Saying Goodbye" from The People in the Picture (the latter is technically four actresses, but you could probably combine them).

 

Many of the songs in Grey Gardens, including "Marry Well," "The Five-Fifteen," and "Hominy Grits."

 

Pretty much any show that follows a family through multiple generations.

When I saw the topic, I thought you meant trio songs with three different characters who are all different ages, and I immediately thought of "I Heard Someone Crying" from Secret Garden, but this topic is actually a much more interesting one! I didn't realize this was as common as a troupe as it seems to be...
