I beseech the help of you well-enlightened Broadway aficionados once more, as I search for a duet with a soprano and a tenor. I know that they're out there but, of course most male/female duets are geared towards a soprano/baritone, so it's kind of tough. I've listened to a lot of shows but am drawing a blank. I have contemplated We Kiss In A Shadow, Tonight, People Will Say We're In Love, Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better (God no!) but not really thrilled about any of them. Any have any suggestions? Uptempo would be great, but ballads are just as good. Thanks!

Uh... umptempo? First thing I can think of is "Lovely" from A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. I'll post more when I think of them, but wasn't there a thread a little while ago asking about Soprano/Tenor duets?
EDIT:
Maybe this will help?

I think "Unworthy of Your Love" is one of the greatest duets ever. It might be a little low for some sopranos and tenors though.
"Oh, Happy We" from Candide.

I Turned the Corner - Millie
It Takes Two- Into the Woods
As Long As You're Mine - Wicked
How Could I Ever Know - The Secret Garden
She's written as a belter, but I've seen a mezzo and baritone pull of "Sue Me" from Guys and Dolls, if you want something lighthearted.
