The Moulin Rouge easter eggs are nothing new and for the most part, nothing special.
Although I do love the one of everyone singing to Ewan McGregor

Posted: 3/3/06 at 3:16pmMy RENT DVD has a great (*sarcasm*) easter egg. When I watch the commentary track - with all subtitles turned off - French subtitles appear during all musical numbers from "I'll Cover You" to the end. No subtitles before that, and no subtitles during dialogue. And all in French.

Here is a list of Easter eggs and how to navigate them from Netflix. Unfortunately - Rent has not been added to this list - but you may own something from the list that you were unaware of. The Gladiator trailor with the Chicken Run cast is one of my favorites!
