Soundtrack singles from "Nine"?

I know the song "Be Italian" sung by Fergie in the Nine Film is floating around---is it a single where you can purchase it, or just for press?

If it is out there for purchase of any kind, please let me know, I would love to buy it.

Also, are there any more teaser, trailers for the film?

Unfortunately, the 'single' you're referring to isn't anything official. Someone made an audio file from the sound clip that appears on the trailer and people are downloading it to hold them over until the full soundtrack is released in early November 2009. There is no full "Be Italian" track going around.
