Are there any significant changes from the Broadway production? Is the set scaled down?

There are differences.
Some of the dialogue, espcially with the Knights Who Say Ni is cut. Recently, they have added a Sarah Palin joke when we see the Knights Who Say Ni the second.
I also noticed a bar or two cut from certain songs.
The stage feels very small because the two towers on Stage Left and Right. The Camalot Castle looks really cheap.
On Find Your Grail, the Lady of the Lake doesn't rise from the back of the set piece, but just stands up.

Don't they change some of that scene every week or so, though? The first time I saw it, it was a joke about Miss California (something about how the Knight is tall and thin like her, but his rack is real), and the second it was about Michael Jackson ("Oh, Michael, you touched many people... allegedly.")
