Planning to see this show soon...probably a wed matinee, Does anyone know if any of the regular cast has been regularly skipping the Wed matinee, and/or how the understudies are?...Thanks

There are 3.2 understudies on every Wednesday matinee.

The entire cast is scheduled to play every performance, so whoever is out is legit.

Actors don't just "not do" Wed. matinees.

I saw James Ludwig (I hope I spelled his name correctly) as Sir Robin. He was fantastic! A much better singer than DHP, and very funny. This was on a Sat. matinee this past summer.


As a side note. I give the male understudies for Spamalot all the credit in the world. Some of them are understudying up to 4 or even more leading roles in the show. That a HUGE amount of work. Kudos to them!
