Is there standing room available for Spamalot, and if so, is it any good, and how much is it? I'm planning on going when I'm in New York, but am not prepared to pay a fortune for a ticket - I know they're hard to come by at a reasonable price!
Thanks in advance,

This has been asked SOOOOO many times.
Yes there is standing room.
Yes it is decent. The mezzanine hangs over the orch pretty far but you can still see 95% of everything.
Be careful.
Someone was trying to sell standing room tickets for 78 dollars yesterday.
Scalpers suck. I don't want to see it that bad. Might as well pay for tickets at that price.
NY SUCKS SOMETIMES.
I got my standing room ticket for Billy. I see it next week.
Now that is a bargain for $26.75! I still can't believe I have to stand. OY!

Saying NY sucks because of scalped ticket prices is a rather questionable statement. I don't think NY has cornered the market on scalped ticket prices. Try getting a Springsteen ticket in Ohio and you will pay dearly. I think NY is quite remarkable, scalpers or not. Scalpers charge what they do, in every city and state, because people are willing to pay it. If there was no market for scalped ticket prices, the prices wouldn't be what they are. I don't want it to sound as if I condone scalping tickets, however I am a NY'er through and through and took exception to your statement.
you have to get on line really early to get your hands on a SRO ticket. like 8 or 9. BO opens at 10.
scalpers suck, NY doesn't!
Try 6 or 7 in the morning, not 8 or 9.

Do you really have to get there that early? Spamalot wasn't even at 100% attendence this week. So much for being totally sold out

I got there at 8 on a double show day and wasn't even close to getting a ticket.
