"If there was a Mount Rushmore for Broadway scores, "West Side Story" would be front and center. It snaps, it crackles it pops! It surges with a roar, its energy and sheer life undiminished by the years" - NYPost reviewer Elisabeth Vincentelli
Oh man, I really, really want to see that show. I'm obsessed with William Finn. It's also the best name for a musical ever. I am delighted that it is coming to Broadway because I just am. You know something like that will be good from the second you hear its name. As for you, bronxboundexpress, I would devour your soul for being idiotic, but you clearly have none.
Is there any other way to get tickets besides the $95.00 ones? I want to see the show...but only one ticket price doesn't allow me to buy tickets any time soon.

wow bronxboundexpress.... you make me feel physically naseuse. Actually my heart just threw up. Please tell me that you're joking. Not only are you making a judgement on a show without seeing it, it's also a William Finn show, a composer that is truly wonderful. If you are sorry, I pity your limited openess of contemporary musical theater.
I NEED to see this show again before Tony's. But I really can't afford $95 unless I eat cereal every meal for two weeks. AAAHHHHHHHH PLEASE HAVE RUSH!!!!!
I LOVED this show so much. Those "definitions and sentences" were so fantastic!
"... Still a little bit of your taste in my mouth.
Still a little bit of you laced with my doubt. Still a little hard to say what's going on..." Damien Rice
It's a good thing that your statement doesn't come off ignorant OR grammatically incorrect, isn't it.
I'll also add lazy. I think this is one of the only boards around that allow you to go back in and edit your own posts. With that ability, one would think that if you were going to be smug, you'd at least take the time to make sure you didn't leave yourself open for criticism.
There should be other ticket prices. Even though it may be worth it, $95 dollar tickets are not going to attract poor college kids. Even "Wicked" has $50 seats, although hard to get the date you want. Granted, the Gershwin is one of the largest Broadway houses...but one ticket price is asking a bit much.

yea bronx...get a clue. as for me i saw it two weeks ago and i loved it so much. :0) I ushered so I didn't have to pay, but it is worth the full price.

"The world is good you said Enjoy it's highs you said The summer flies you said So make a parade Of every moment Now throw away your hate And focus on what's great instead" ~William Finn
