Coming to NYC in July- which is the better option- Row A on the left or right side, or floor seats in row DD?
Thanks for any guidance.
You'll probably want the floor seats...mind you, any seat in that space will be just fine, but it's always preferable not to have to sit on the side of a thrust stage...
Just got back from seeing the show last night (in which I was the first contestant eliminated on stage).
Based on the theater configuration, either seat would be wonderful. In my opinion, I'd either go row A on the right or DD in the middle. The bleacher that the cast sit on face to the right. HOWEVER ... it depends on how far down your seat would be. The principal and the moderator sit on the right and though they are pretty far back - if you are way down the side, they might block your view too.
All the action at the microphone takes place on the front of the stage. If you are a taller person, I'd go DD up front, but the seats aren't raised, so if you have trouble seeing over people, there are a few rows in front of you.
Hope this helps!
Without a doubt the floor seats.
Enjoy the show *its amazing* and be sure to post a review!
Now I'm worried...I'm C on the left...anyone sat there before?
Dont be worried...those are great seats. Youll be fine!
Thanks plenty

I sat all the way house left, last row, against the wall...it SUCKED.
I would advise sitting house right, since the bleaches are angled that way if you can't sit on the floor or center, but the seats on the floor sound like they'd be amazing, that's 5th row-ish...right? I think it's Bench A, Bench B, BB, CC, DD...yeah?

I had standing room tonight. It was so worth it!
you MUST sit on the floor or in the center section. I saw it off broadway and all the seats were center so it was perfect and then went 3 days ago and sat on the side next to the orchestra and watched backs for 2 hours.
I sat in the second row on house right, and it was okay.
Thanks everybody for your help. I've gone with floor seats on 14th July. Very much looking forward to my annual trip! (Will be checking out Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Light on the Piazza and Movin' Out (again), too.
Gonna be a lark!

Any advice on Row BB floor seats 107-109 vs Row A Center on the aisle vs Row E Right on the aisle? I'll be with my 10 year old and just wonder about seeing over heads or being "too" close. Thanks
