Spring Awakening Cast

I want to meet the the cast of Spring Awakening performing at the Curran.
I am scheduled to watch the show (or the preview, rather) on Fri, Sept. 5, at 8.
Is it possible to meet them?

re: Spring Awakening Cast

Watch = movies and TV

See = live theatre

As for meeting them, since it's previews and there may be notes and meetings afterwards, I wouldn't hold your breath. But if you want to hang out at the stage door, I doubt anyone will stop you.

It's at the end of the alley under the "CURRAN" sign.

lesmizsaigon welcome to the board, enjoy the show and good luck meeting the cast. Ignore LizzieCurry's nastiness she has sand in her vagina.

Watch, see, experience, call it whatever you want as long as you do it.

Well did you buy the VIP tickets for that night? It's the Bloomingdale's insiders night, and people who purchased tickets with the code "BLOOM" get meet and greet passes. So I am thinking that since these passes are "special" (um, hi, heard of stage dooring?) they'll make it so only those with passes will be able to meet the cast.

If you don't know whether your tickets include the meet and greet pass, look at the hard ticket if you have it in the upper, middle area where it says "admission" and it should say "BLOOM."

I always think it's funny when packages say "meet the cast!" when nearly anyone can do that for free anyway. re: Spring Awakening Cast

re: Spring Awakening Cast

True.^^ This is often an optional event for the cast members too so not everyone will show up and some I bet avoid them. Though we met everyone at the after party for the Charity Event so that was nice?

They are offering,"meet and greet" for pre-view? Are you sure? Usually that's opening night. If that's the case then some might leave through the main doors but just ask at the stage door. SHN has great staff so they will ask around for you. I met all but one of the cast members of the "Drowsy Tour" after pre-view so it isn't difficult. Just remember if you want autographs, bring a sharpie and check your camera before hand. Since they really want to drum up attention for their show most of the cast will probably come out of the stage door. Just remember, some might have reservations or family there so they might not be able to stop for autographs. Most though will so good luck.

Was today the last day of previews?

Yeah the whole cast comes out after matinees. Today the stage door was crazy, at least 40 people were there, and it was so disorganized.

Blake Bashoff basically took two pics, signed nothing, and walked away as soon as it was possible for him to do so.

All the girls were the first to come out, and Kyle and Andy Mientus (cutie) stayed the longest and chatted with *everyone*.

Yeah today was the last day of previews. I was at the matinee, really enjoyed the show.

Would agree with the stage door although I expected it to be a bit more crazy because I've seen it chaotic. I'm sure give it a few more days. Wouldn't be suprised if they start using baracades.

Yes, they did do a "meet and greet" for the Friday preview.

This cast has so far been great about stage dooring. If you have a system and a fast-attack plan, and if the door isn't too crowded, you can catch them all. The theatre has been attempting to get some order, and they've tried to direct the stage dooring by getting people into a line, which actually works quite effectively.

Are you serious?
