Hello,
so I read that Marlee Matlin and Camryn Manheim are leaving Spring Awakening on 1/10. So if I'm seeing the evening performance on 1/10 will I be seeing their last show or is 1/10 the day their understudies take over. The article about their departure is confusing...

You will be seeing the Understudies' first performance. Spring Awakenng was supposed to close 1/9, but they extended to 1/24. However, Marlee and Camryn are very famous, and they probably have other things to do. I hope this answered your question!

Since the 10th is a Sunday it's generally safe to assume that that will be the final performance for both. It's rare for someone to leave without completing a full week of performances (Monday-Sunday).
