Spring Awakening question#1

Did they change Wendla's costume back to the Off-Broadway dress? If so, when?

Unless there were any REALLY recent changes: she has two dresses and her night gown --
1. the fairie dress
2. the blue dress


the only change that I know about (and it happened a while ago) is that she is in the fairy dress for Those You've Known.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Oh so she's not in the nightgown anymore for Those You've Known? See, I saw it semi-early in its run so she was still in the nightgown then. But then I saw the pics from that onstage proposal and I wasn't sure. Apparently, now she wears it for the finale too.

She starts in the white dress, changes to the blue dress for most of the show, changes into her nightgown until Purple Summer and the curtain call where she wears the white dress she began with. When it opened on Broadway she originally wore the blue dress for Purple Summer but they changed it around January I think. Another chande was made then too. When her mother sends her away to get the abortion she wears the blue dress when it used to be the nightgown.
