Hey All! I am sure someone is going to snap at me for not using the search feature, even though I did... but I cannot remember the name of the guy in charge of the stage door at the Imperial. I don't know if he is still there but he was there during the Boy from Oz and the one Hugh thanked at the Tony's. I can hear Hugh saying his name with his accent but I cannot remember and it's bugging me. Thanks!

wow, he thanked him? cool.

yeah, kevin can be annoying sometimes, but if you know what he is talking about and get on his good side, he can be pretty funny.

He hit on my grandmother when we saw DRS last Spring. It was rather amusing.

To quote Hugh when he was doing his thank you's, near the end he said something like "even Kev at the stage door, I thank you." BTW - I think I read somewhere that Kevin's niece is one of Hugh's assistants - I read she was with him filming The Prestige in LA and traveled with the family to Cannes for X-3.

LOL. I was backstage with Greg Jbara at DRS back in October, and Hugh Jackman happened to be there as well (believe me, I DIED). Anyway, as he was leaving he gave Kevin a HUUUUUGE hug and a kiss on the cheek.
Edit: And Kevin is very volatile, I've met him some times when he's really nice and takes other people on the stage to take pictures, and then I've met him when he's a total ass. Most of the time he's a jerk to me. Updated On: 5/29/06 at 10:33 AM

well, I don;t know if this was a joke or not, but the first time I saw DRS, i stagedoored it and I went back there. Before the stars came out, some of the ensemble came out. and there was this one woman. I really don;t know if she was in teh ensemble, but I don;t think she was. Anyway, she was walking around talking to people, and Kevin said, "get out of the way tramp." and that pissed her off and she said, "Don't you ever call me a tramp in front of all these people!"

so, I'm very cautious when I'm around him.

He's just a big ole grinch re: Stage Door Guy at the Imperial
