Hello everyone I am going to New York in May and I was wondering how the stage doors have been for Something Rotten and Finding Neverland. Also do the stars sign at both?

Finding Neverland was pretty crazy when I went. Morrison signs and poses for pics, and I think Kelsey Grammar sometimes does and sometimes doesn't. I hear he leaves pretty quickly after the show. I think the rest of the principals sign as well.

I can't personally speak for Something Rotten, but a friend of mine went and posted pics with the lots of cast members. Didn't look too crowded.

People gather across the street in front of the Marriott to watch the stage door at Finding Neverland. It's pathetic. Someone's going to get smashed by a car.

I stage doored Something Rotten two weekends ago. It was pretty crowded and it was freezing and windy- but all the leads came out and signed and posed for pictures. They were all very nice and thanked us for being there. I took an awesome picture with Heidi- and my hair decided to cover her face- haha. Still love it!Stage door questions

I actually am under the impression that Kelsey always stage doors and signs and takes pics (at least from everyone I heard that went). I think it's the matinees that could be iffy, so avoid those though!

Interesting. When I went on Friday, i went backstage with a friend in the cast. We passed Kelsey's dressing room and he had already left. When I went back outside, I asked someone if Kelsey had come out this door and they said no, he left through another door. I guess it was just that night.

Does anyone know if Matthew Morrison signs after matinees?

I was there this past Saturday after the matinee and Matt Morrison did come out along with all the other leads except Kelsey Grammar. Morrison signed and took pictures with anyone that asked.

Probably was just that night JBroadway. I DEFINITELY know he came out Saturday night because I friend of mine went and she said he spent a lot of time out there and signed and took pictures for everyone. She even said someone told Kelsey that they came back to the stage door to see him because they missed him at the matinee and he responded "I'm sorry about that I don't always come out after matinees. It's a tiring show." But then another friend of mine went last Saturday matinee and he came out then so overall I'd say matinees are iffy, but if it's a night he will come out (except for a strange instance like Friday).

They came out, but none signed- but no one asked them to either.

The ensemble people at Something Rotten were really nice when i went, but you have to know who they are. Ask, and they'll sign for you. it's a good group, very talented.

I was at the Something Rotten stage door Friday night and it was pretty crowded. I was at the front of the barricade and people next to me kept pushing so they could get their playbill signed. I'd say the crowd was about four people deep. All of the leads, plus a few ensemble members came out but it did take quite a while for everyone.

"Also where are the stage doors located"

The Lunt-Fontanne Theatrs's stage door is to the right of the theatre as you exit and you'll see the barricades and the St. James Theatre's stage door is to the left of the theatre as you exit and it is clearly marked.
