Posted: 3/12/10 at 2:32pmI rushed pretty late yesterday, about 4:30 p.m., and they still had one SRO ticket. It was a Thursday, though. I wouldn't have the same optimism on a weekend. I happened to be in the city trying very hard to get Elton John's autograph and was unsuccessful. "A Little Night Music" was so absolutely superb that it was not a wasted day in the city after all. That cast works like gangbusters. There is no comparison to the rather creaky first preview from back in November.

Posted: 3/12/10 at 3:45pmI went last Friday - got there a little after 9am and was the first one there. One other person showed up shortly afterwards, but by the time the box office opened, there were only about 6 people in line, most of whom arrived around 9:45. Waaaay easier than I expected, and the view was great. Ended up grabbing a seat midway back in the orchestra, house right, for the second act. A pretty good rush experience, overall!
