Tell people about it when the message board is actually on her website. Her webmaster doesn't know how to install a message board? Is that the deal?

Well we can't all be BWW now can we? It's not perfect but, like I said, it's an improvement on the old one.
Her webmaster is doing a fine job. If you want to politely PM me suggestions of other free message boards that may be better I'll make sure to pass it along.
