For those of you that have seen First Shadow already, I have a seating question for ya! I'm looking to get tickets and just like The Outsiders, the front row is half the price of the surrounding rows, which are more than double the price. Have any of you seen the show from the front row? Do you think they'll be fun seats to have, or are they too close to enjoy? For reference, I enjoyed The Outsiders front row seats very much. I know its nice to be further back and see the big picture, but sometimes I also love to be up close and intimate with the actors.
Saw it last night from the 4th row Center Front Mezz (at the box office's suggestion, over same priced seats in the Orchestra on the front/side.) Front row seats certainly put you in the middle of the action and likely makes some of the more intense scenes (of which there were quite a few) even more so. But there are numerous "Cursed Child" style epic illusions that made me happy I was sitting upstairs.
Either way, I hope you have an awesome time, the show is quite something else!
Saw it last night from the extreme side of the mezz it was excellent you won’t miss much. The acting was excellent (watch out Cole) and the effects enjoy
