the best thing is that they give u the best seats.. so i just kept waiting till the last minute when the house seats were released.. and on friday I got saturday (before the tonys) 5 row dead center.. it was awesome! what an awesome program!

Sports, Tiny -- did you both pay $20?

Sports...good idea...when are house seats typically released?

I'm thinking I may have more luck if I call. Weird.

Yes, $20
At first it showed $40, but then when I clicked
"Look for tickets" It showed $20 [$22 with TeleCharge Charges]

actually i knew i wanted to see it the week of the tonys so i kept checking everyday to see what came up. there was some good stuff left even at 3pm for an 8 oclock show during the week.
i eventually got my 20 dollar seats about 10 am on Friday for the Saturday Matinee.

btw, yes they do scrutinize your student id cards.

ah...great, so there's hope for this bizarre $40 internet issue.

I have a real student id, so I'm good to go :)

...and good to know that I can wait a while. It seems tickets aren't as hard to come by for this artsy show than, say, pretty much any of the others (Bee, Spam, DRS...). Can't wait!

If you haven't bought a studentix ticket yet, bring your user# with you and you can still get a $20 ticket - that's what happened to me.

There's a chance it may show $40 initially because that what it costs LCT members to see shows...but once you (or at least once I) get to the final page it says $20+$2 service charge.

Thanks for all the help! I shall decide on my day, try the site, and if all else fails march up to the window with my user # and puppy dog eyes and hope they will let me in to see Matt, Kelli, and Victoria (in some order ) *crossing my fingers*

just a question about the program. it says membership is only for a year. . . .can u renew your membership after a year, or is that it?

So I'm the idiot that got my ticket last Sunday during the Tony's for the show this Tuesday and got a crappy seat. Why am I always so impatient and want my tickets as early as possible? You'd think I'd learn but no...

So I'll be in seat 504 row D... hope I can see okay!
