Suffs lottery seats?

Hi all:

Anyone know if the Suffs lottery seats are better then the partial view rush? 
For the same price I’d rather have the better seats

Both times I won the lottery, I think it was better than partial view seats. The first time it was front row center, though if I remember correctly, I never saw the performers' feet, so it's a little bit of a weird angle. The second time the seats were towards the back of the orchestra but unobstructed.
