I'm surprised that they're aren't extending it further, like to Labor Day. I don't see Roundabout doing some kind of July/August-October/November show at Studio 54, before Pal Joey moves in. Probably has something to do with the contracts of the leads.
Absolutely my favorite show of the season. I hope to see it a couple of more times before it ends.
GREAT decision.
it's brilliance on a stage... it should be getting the TONY

I thought it was always set to play thru June 29.
It's last extension date was to the day of the Tony's (the 4th, I think?)
I like to think we're just going to have one long day from now until the end of June. That'd be great.
But the extension of the revival is fab too. ^_^
Does anyone think it will extend further?
I saw this show this weekend and it was a truly moving experience. All of the actors were great, and the projections were mind-boggling. I honestly see this show on Broadway for a long time. If only Roundabout didn't have Les Liasons scheduled to take over studio 54.
LES LIAISONS begins this month at the American Airlines.
oops, my bad guys
Wannabe - your avatar reminds me of a classic saying... "she screamed NO but her eyes screamed YEESSS"
I think frat boys use that excuse all the time.

This is very exciting news, but that is the same day as Curtains closing. I was going to go to both when they were on different days. Now I have a decision to make.
brilliance vs. questionable entertainment
yes.. such a hard decision.
I REALLY REALLY hope they extend it further, beyond June 29.
Because I want to buy tickets for the VERY final performance, but hesitate to buy them now because (1) They might re-extend and (2) June 29 is also the Gay Pride Parade!
OMG!!! Thank you!!! I think I'll have money to make it up to NYC to see this in June!!!
I pray that they extend again to at least Labor Day!
The attendance numbers have been marvelous.
I wonder if since the show is doing so well if there is a chance it will tour. I know that it is a long shot, but I would love to see the show again, except this time in my home town of Chicago.
