Sunday Blizzard Matinee?

Hi! I have 3 great center orchestra tickets for Finding Neverland for tomorrow's 3pm matinee and I live in Philly with more than 30 inches of snow right now at my house. No matter how much we are shoveling we are not getting out of here until Monday or Tuesday. Tried to call Ticketmaster all day and have been getting a busy signal, chat online was not available and emailed them twice with no response. Tickets say "no exchanges/refunds" on them, though shows are saying exchanges for blizzard. Any thoughts on what I can do??? I would give anything to get there to see Matthew Morrison's last show day but I don't want to risk my life!

I am not sure which ticketmaster telephone number you called, but if it was a general number you could call the Arts and Theatre division line. They are usually more helpful than the staffers on the general line - but they may be inundated with calls as well. Although I don't know the number off the top of my head, I recall it is not too hard to find on their website. But having said that, my experience has been that ticketmaster customer service, even the "specialists" in the Arts and Theatre division, absolutely sucks compared to telecharge, so I wish you luck.
