Is Sunday closing on the 29th? If so do you think I could get tickets for that weekend? I really want to see it but I didn't know it was closing so soon so I took my time. So if I go in on that last weekend do you think I could get tickets day of?

Probably. There doesn't seem to be any sort of mad rush at the moment.

ETA, but I think the last show is an Actors Fund show...so that day could be different.

Yes. It looks like as of now the best available seats left are in the upper mezz, which is a great view for the price. You can see exactly what seats are left for sale on Roundabout's website.

This show should have transferred to an open run. It's astounding and brilliant. It's a shame that a lot of people will never be able to see it.

SITPWG probably would have transferred to an open-ended run if there'd been sufficient demand.

Wait, what? No snide comeback about how bad this production was? re: Sunday In The Park With George Last Weekend

How could anyone have anything negative to say about this landmark in the history of human endeavor? We must all agree that this revival of SITPWG is a marvel of genius in every way.

There are plenty of seats available for the 2pm show on 6/29. 100+ in the mezz and 90+ in the orchestra. If they are doing a later one, I haven't heard anything about it.

Thanks, but I think I may to young for the Hip Tix, how old do you have to be? I found a playbill discount for 65 so I may do that. And sorry to ask so many questions but how is the General rush? Crowded?

I am so, so sad to see this show close. Sadder than Piazza. Sadder than Grey Gardens.

For the $15 tickets do both the people need to be between 18-35? If my friend signs up (she's 19) could me and her go both for $15 each even though I'm 16?

$15 hiptix, best deal ever. You can't even get two good drinks for $15. And rear mezz isn't even that bad.

I'm so envious of your guys that are going to the last few shows.

Both of you DO NOT have to be members of HIP TIX. I am a member of Hip Tix and they allowed me to buy two tickets to SITPWG on one membership. So I could bring my non-hiptix friend with me.

I'm still pretty po'ed that I've already used up my HipTix for this show. I want to see it again. I may just rush on Wednesday.

Okay, so I was going to go on Friday but there are very few tickets left. Should I go for the rear Mezz Center? or Go on Saturday alone for the last row Orchestra?
