Sunset Boulevard tickets wont add to iPhone wallet

Not sure where the right place to ask this is.  I just bought tickets for Sunset in London.   I got the email with the tickets to download to my phones wallet.  It wont let me.  Is this something with international purchases that it wont let you use the wallet?  I am printing them.  But just wanted to be informed.   Thanks you.

Not sure if this will help but I just had a similar issue with Ticketmaster. What worked was to open my account through my Chrome browser, went to my events, and from there I was able to add my tickets to my Apple Wallet. Also: make sure your phone is running the most recent iOS (not 17, whatever the 16 version is now).

Thanks for your advice. I tried all that and nothing seems to work. I think I am the problem.

Yeah, ATG tix do that to me, too. I just take a screenshot of the barcode in the email and show that - never had a problem. Saw “Sunset” again tonight and did that, like I always have to do.

the PDF barcode always work... (bottom of the email)
