Fair play to her, she's clearly going to make ALOT of money doing what she's doing, but I really dont think she's anything special whatsoever!!! is it just me or does anyone else think that too?
A few muddled words too. We are talking about raw performance tho. Most of the singers on this show have been performing in different media for ages. She just does a local pub and the church hall.
Her nerves were out of control last night, you could see the terror on her face at the beginning and she was completely off at the top, I thought it was going to be a disaster but she picked it up at the end. Yes, she's raw - but she needs some kind of vocal training, everyone is raving about how great she is and yes she is good considering she has come from no-where with no experience but she needs to get better.
Of course she is going to win, she's going to have to one way or another - the Queen has already said that she wants Susan at the RVP, so even if she doesn't win she will be there - that'll be a disaster because if she hasn't won she'll still be there. What a feeling for the winner if it is someone else, you won this show but this other lady gets all of the attention. She has to win and the production company of Britain's Got Talent are going to do everything they can to make sure she does.
I thought it was a great thing that she wiped the snirks off of the judges and audience's faces in her audition, and I think it is a lovely lesson to everyone - the old don't judge a book by its cover. But I'm fed up of her now, it isn't her fault of course, it's the media who wont stop going on about her to the point that I've had enough. And I think she might be a little crazy, I don't like her as a person. Although she is considerably less crazy than the guy and woman who stuck things through their noses and ears.
God I laughed at Stavros Flately- just saw it on YouTube. Bring back Variety i say - UK theatres, including the London Palladium, were full of these acts twice a night, six days a week for 20 years!
