Susan Egan will be in that movie "Gotta Kick it up" on Monday at 8 on the Disney Channel. Not a great movie by any means but just thought I'd let you all know. Has anyone seen it??

What is your dream role?
My dream role would be to be myself. To be performing at the Hollywood Bowl and to have an audience there just to see me, as Stephanie. They are there because they like what I do as a singer, an artist and a person (the last being the most important). I enjoy escaping and portraying other characters, but to be accepted and wanted as yourself... that's amazing! --Stephanie J. Block Just one of the many reasons I admire and respect Stephanie!!

well, she is a school teacher and she wants to start a dance team. Basically she creates a dance team out of girls who really can't dance. It's definitely a movie for kids/teens but I love watching all disney channel movies (I know, I'm a big dorkre: Susan Egan

I've seen the movie a few times *and what's really sad is that is how I really started to know who Susan was!* - it's really cute, not even close to Oscar-worthy, but it is just fun to watch if you can.

I saw that movie, it was a bad wannabe of Bring It On. Susan Egan's a pretty good dancer though, I've got to say.
But what really made me laugh at the movie was how they tried to show the girls as bilingual. There was literally a line that went "Si se puede. Yes I CAN!" but "se puede" either means "you can (formal)" or "she/he can". Ah the mysteries of Spanish...

I kinda liked the movie, not an amazing one, but still fun to watch, by the way "Si se puede" means it can be done or something like that

I actually sort of detested that movie. Then again, I detest all Disney Channel movies. Especially those that begin with "Cheetah" and end with "Girls". What an embarrassing excuse for a movie.

As for the lovely Ms. Egan, I adore her. Check out her work in "Hercules" and "Spirited Away".

I agree with the Cheetah Girls. I do not like that movie. I haven't even seen it and I already don't like it.

Oh my gosh zoran... Raven Simone drives me nuts!! She had better not be a cross-over for Disney like Christy Romano and come to Broadway... I may give up totally on Disney if that happens, and that's saying a lot for me. Anywho, when I was at Disney World a couple of weeks ago, the played "I Won't Say I'm In Love" just about every 15 minutes... Everytime they played it I went "Oh my gosh! It's Susan Egan!" and then I would start belting the song in the middle of the roadway... I loved her in that movie... even though it was only her voice... That song is one of Alan Menken's finest creations for Disney...

If Raven Simone comes to Broadway, I just might go shoot something. I cannot stand her.

As for Susan Egan, I love her. That is so cool that they played that song so often at Disney. I would love that.

Christy Carlson Romano, I can tolerate, she has a pretty voice.

Raven, eh...

But, I know something would definitely be wrong when they decide to put Hilary Duff on the Broadway stage.

What gets me made is that there are some wonderful artists out there who write their own material, however, they fail to get any recording contracts. However, the only reason Hilary and Raven get record deals is because so many little girls worship them! I'll admit, I watch Lizzie McGuire and That's So Raven, but they should just stick to TV/movie...not Broadway.
