Mary Tyler Moore. I was hulu-ing the other night and saw a MTM episode and thought that they have the same lovable charm. I know this is not a compelling topic - just my observation of two talented women.

Actually she has always reminded me of Kate from Jon and Kate Plus 8... but I could see Mary Tyler Moore.
