Sutton Foster: In/out for matinee (2/7)??

I had read a previous thread that she has been missing matinee's due to a sore wrist - does anyone know for sure her status for tomorrow ?? Thanks much.

She's out all week on vacation. Her fantastic u/s Andrea Chamberlain is on.

too bad. sutton was amazing in the part and i was so happy to have seen her in the role. when is aw drowsy beth leavel was out but her understudy was AMAZING so suttons understudy might be great.

I saw the show for the first time on Sunday, and all the actors were in. I was surprised.

Andrea is great in the role. She's different than Sutton, but that's to be expected. And, yes, my understanding is that Andrea is taking the whole week while Sutton is on vacation. I may have misunderstood, though.

when i saw the show, we had three understudies in and i didn't even know unitl i got home and read the cast list. they great. we had understudies for aldolpho, robert, and george.

Sutton is reportedly here in San Francisco on vacation. Obviously spending time with her beau, Christian Borle.

I'm suprised to hear that Chamberlain is getting the whole week as I heard that Pupello was the stronger of the two in the role (although both are supposedly fantastic.)

I didn't see Chamberlain, but Pupello was fierce and fantastic. Not the typical "look" for the role, but she nailed every second of her stage time.
