Has anyone else seen this production in Tempe? It is breathtaking.

I just attended opening night last night here in Denver. While not what I expected from the hype over it. It is a must see. Very interesting choreography. It sometimes seemed a bit repetitive but stayed interesting. I was in mid orchestra and noticed one person leave when they realized the Swan the Prince falls for is a male. Some left at intermission. If there is anybody reading this in Denver who has not seen it. GET A TICKET NOW AND GO! Anyone familiar with the sound at the Buell knows that it is hit or miss there. I am glad to report that the Orchestra sounded wonderful last night. Perfect volume. I though I was in a concert hall. A very homoerotic show. And very well done.

Saw this in Mpls last weekend. It was absolutely brilliant. I didn't know what to expect, and I came out beyond suprised. The use of movement was beyond amazing - I can't think of the last time I got so much information about character, etc. without a single word being said. Just incredible. Highly recommended if it gets to your town.

And yes, it's extremely homoerotic. Surprisingly, nobody left or even chuckled (that I was aware of)... I was very impressed.

I just saw it today! It was so amazing! I was in total tears by the end of the show! I am not usually a big ballet fan, but this was sooooooooooo good!
