Sweeney Cast

OK so maybe this is a stupid question- I don't know. Has there been any sort of announcement or anything about when members of the cast of Sweeney Todd are leaving? Most especially Michael Cerveris and Patty LuPone. I am seeing the show this summer, and I really want to get to see them in it. Thanks if anyone has the info.

I'm almost positive that Patti LuPone leaves during the first half of summer.

I could be wrong. Do a search here, you'll find it.

It's sometime in July. She's supposed to do a concert version of Gypsy and, if negotiations go well, she'll return to Sweeney.

From Telecharge:
"*Patti LuPone will be out on vacation and not performing the role of "Mrs. Lovett" from Tuesday, June 20 - to Sunday, June 25, 2006. Patti LuPone is currently contracted through July 2, 2006. At this time, it is not known if she will renew her contract beyond this date"

She's scheduled to do Gypsy at Ravinia in mid-August, so if she extends she would take another vacation for that.

I found it, the info is on their websit. Look under shows, then Sweeney Todd.
