I have Row AA Center Orchestra seats for Sweeney Todd on November 1st, and I was just wondering if these were good seats for this kind of production. I was in similar seats for Lennon and it was great for that show because the show played so much of it downstage and I felt really involved.
ut sometimes the front row seats have bad views depending on the sets and direction, so would front row seats be good for Sweeney? Thanks.

There is a lot going on in this production. Having the luxury of watching what some of these actors do character wise when they are "not on" (nobody ever leaves the stage) is pretty amazing.

Quibbler, it just wasn't meant to be, I guess. :) I already had tickets for Saturday.
Besides, Friday is my birthday and I had to use that to convince my friend to go with me. She's not too enthusiastic about the demon barber and the meat pies, but I can't wait.

I had row AA just last night. True that Michael Cerveris spits a lot. I actually cought some spit from Benjamin Magnuson who playes anthony. It was a little hard for me because I was all the way at the end. I couldn't believe how close I was to Patti LuPone, I caught her staring at me while she was playing the tuba. Probably because I was crying, I suppose. Yup, people, the show was that good. I was all the way on the left so I got so see a big bucket of fake blood, plopped right down in front of me. After the show I yelled "i love you Patti", which made half of the cast giggle at my expense. Wonderful experience.
