I saw a little bit of her interview...nothing about TABOO...just about her kids and the cruise.

Even though she didn't mention the status of the CD, I didn't mind. I just enjoyed having the "old" Rosie back...I haven't seen her that happy, relaxed, and funny in a long time. I really enjoyed her segment last night.

Such a shame she smells like a simmering corned beef. Even Leno couldn't help commenting on it, although Rosie played it off by saying she stopped for a quick nosh before the taping and that's why she was so odiferous. And what was with her obvious shilling for this stupid cruise? Not even gays want anything to do with that "business venture" of hers. And giving away prizes during the show is so old hat and tired. Rosie just needs to retire--and get some lypo and have one of those extreme makeovers. So sad to see how much she's fallen apart. Truly a disgrace for the gay community.

It's not Rosie's cruise line. It's Kelly's, which she stated at the end. But still, what does one do on a talk show if not shill?

I was really happy to see Rosie on last night as well (and surprised!). She was funny and seemed like she used to be on her own show. And come on now, who doesn't want free stuff every now and then?

DefyingGravity2 - How has Rosie disgraced the gay community? By being overweight? There are many overweight people in the gay community and it has nothing to do with being gay. By supporting a gay cruise line for families? By giving freely to fans? By getting married to show her support of gay marriage which no other celebrities took part in? Sounds like a very superficial and elitist opinion. If only there were more such "disgraces" to the gay community.

Thanks Mister Matt. I had to bite my tongue for a while after DefyingGravity2's comment.

Why wouldn't she promote the cruise? Seems like that was what she was mainly there to do - and like someone else mentioned....talk shows are pretty much "shill" platforms in the first place. I also found it nice that she was going to pay for the winner's cruise out of her own pocket since the woman wasn't a U.S. citizen (and had to give the prize away.) Um, yeah. Such a disgrace. Please.

Seems like DefyingGravity2 has other issues, for the comments/arguments made were pretty weak.

The only reason to go on a talk show is to publicize yourself or a work you have done. Why shouldn't she talk about the cruise? THAT'S why she went on the show!

Giving away prizes is old? Really? Well, a newlywed couple got a free cruise...I guess they were disappointed and refused the prize? I guess the audience did as well.

Some talk shows don't even give out anything! Not even a shirt with their logo on it. In the final Rosie show, she gave her audience a TiVO2. In earlier episodes, she gave her audience Broadway tickets. An DVDs, and CDs, and shirts, and food, and books, and so much more. Oh - but that's old, you're right, she shouldn't do that anymore - it's not worth giving the audience a little something for showing up.

Rosie is only as big as her heart.

What a horrible jealous wretch you are! I didn't realize that YOU were the singular voice for the gay community. Rosie did exactly what she should have done to promote healthly and happy attitudes for and toward gay families. You are rude and disgusting...and as your name might suggest "Defying Gravity" you're obviously green - with envy.

I am SICK of the anti-Rosie comments!! She's done more for gays, let alone people in general, and Broadway than most anyone. The woman deserves respect, and some people keep feeling the sickening need to trash her. WHAT REALLY HAS SHE DONE TO PISS YOU OFF?

=(

I LOVE ROSIE. A very classy hussy. Love her. She has done so much for broadway and so much for the gay community.

I do have to give it to Rosie if it wasn't for her and my mom watching her show every day, I wouldn't have ever thought musicals could be as cool as they are. I remember sitting in my living room doing homework, while my mom watched tv and Audra McDonald and Brian Stokes Mitchell sang Wheels of a Dream. That was a very important moment in my life actually, it is one factor in why I even turned to musicals and theatre in the first place.

yeah, enough with the anti-Rosie stuff. She's a great person. She may not have made all the right choices in life, but who has? I think she is a wonderful compassionate human being who has done more for kids and Broadway than anyone. Such a person does not deserve such ridicule. Thank you, and good night.

Rosie made great choices and did a brave thing with bringing TABOO to the US and not knowing of what it will face so give her credit people!

If you think that's what she was trying to do, it shows how much you *don't* know about Rosie.

Why are so many people now being supportive of her and Taboo? Where were you when they were trying to keep the show open? Not too many people seemed to like her then. What changed? Just curious...

I'm not aware of any negativity of her and TABOO. I knew the media was all over her for getting married and her Magazine lawsuit. ?
