Is it an adaptation of the first novel only, or does it draw from the whole series?

Posted: 7/13/09 at 1:49pmI'm not supposed to say anything about what I saw. I wish I could tell you but Weston would be mad.

On what authority is Weston telling you what you can or can't say?

Posted: 7/13/09 at 2:58pmRead this thread. You'll see. He said he would kill me if I say anything good, bad or indifferent. I guess its a law that I never learned.

You're an idiot, bert.
The adaptation covers book one, but some of book two. Since we're going to buzz a bit, fine. I was only trying to respect what they asked us when we first arrived... I think, basically, we are not supposed to really break it down and critique it. I blogged while there about beautiful PICNIC was and got crap for it from the staff. I don't really understand why we can't give good buzz, but apparently we're not supposed to... Yes, it's dumb. But really, bert, why would I make that up? For fun?
Get over it...
SPOILER ALERT
The musical covers everything up to Mona's discovery that she is the daughter of Mrs. Madrigal. We see Madrigal's secret revealed and we also get to meet Mother Mucca. There are a couple of things from book two, but for the most part, it is book one.

I LOVE that the person who told me I should be BANNED from this website for starting this thread and talking about the show is the one who is talking about the show.
I'm the idiot?

Bert,
He originally told you not to talk about it because that was what was asked of him when he saw the show. He may have been a bit hot-headed about it at first, but once other people expressed a different opinion, he calmed down. He seems to have realized that it is not that big of a deal to discuss the positive aspects of the show.
You, on the other hand, are acting like a child. Maybe you could forget what happened before, calm the **** down, and enjoy the conversation with the rest of us.
