I saw the preview for this before "The Prestige" the other night. It looks great and I love me some Hugh!

A little swash, a bit of buckle - you'll love it more than bread.

It's pre-baby. The Fountain wrapped in February 2005 and her son Henry was born May 31, 2006. It's also pre-Ava, Hugh's new daughter, who was born July 10, 2005. Hugh filmed this movie starting in November 2004 - it was his first movie after his finished Boy from Oz.

Donna Murphy's facial expression ( in the first photo) reminds me of some scenes from PASSION.

I am seeing this as soon as possible after it comes out. I *love* Darren Aronofsky's previous films, and have been eagerly awaiting this one (though I still need to pick up the comic).

I read the graphic novel when it first came out - I understand that it was more in keeping with the first script, but it is beautifully illustrated and people who were at advance screenings of the movie said that having read the graphic novel enhances appreciation of the film.

I have both REQUIEM FOR A DREAM and PI - dark but compelling to watch.

Likewise, I am eagerly awaiting THE FOUNTAIN.

Rachel Weisz is beautiful.

That's all, really, although the movie does look interesting.
