TKTS Question?

Posted: 11/4/08 at 10:58am

Do not use this very often so need some advice, I am out of work atm so am short of cash. So on Saturday I want to see Les Mis and Avenue Q, but I might see Av.Q on thursday, can anyone tell me the likelihood of avenue q and les mis being on sale at TKTS this saturday, know they both are weekdays, but how does saturday differ?

I used TKTS to buy tickets to Brief Encounter last Saturday. I did see Avenue Q listed (I was tempted to go see it again) and I'm pretty sure Les Mis was there as well.

'Les Mis' is usually there most days but mostly at 25% off rather than 50%. Rarely do they do 50% but you may be luck y in the next few months. As for this week, arn't some kids till on holiday?

That's a good point, I hope not though, I hate those little brat's, I know I was one of them only a few years ago, but Ive always been adult, sensible and a FAST WALKER in London! And this saturday is the lore mayors precession, so that should make it busy as well! Should be fun!!

Isn't the Lord Mayors parade late morning, around 11ish? You'll jut have to hope and pray that not to many of those in town for that don't have it in mind to rush off to a matinee!

i know, but most stay for the fireworks @ 5 so that would clash with matinee's, evening may be full though, thats why I'm seeing Av. Q, there will DEFFINATELY be seats!
