TRIASSIC PARQ Cast Album

So, when chatting with the cast after the show the other day, they said they'll head into the recording studio in about 2 weeks. They plan to do a digital release via iTunes sometime in September. I am so exctied! I loved this show and can't wait to jam out to the songs in my car! I've had "I'm a dinosaur! I'm a dinosaur!" and "Velociraptor in a cage! Velociraptor full of rage!" stuck in my mind since I saw it. I also am particularly fond of Wade McCollum saying "SHAME!" and Claire Nuemann and Shelley Thomas' "Sad ginx." This was such a fun show... wish I didn't live in Houston and could see it again before it closes August 5!

Im waiting too! The show was the most fun I ever had in a musical, and the songs were so catchy! The actors were also really nice and amazing!

As of October 17, the cast album got new guitar tracks, and this will take up to a month to mix in...but, I would check out the Facebook page for more updates:

Albums are almost always released on a Tuesday. The December 14th release date never made any sense. It's probably been postponed again.

Just bought the album and I LOVE it. I only wish it were more of the whole score. I remember a couple more musical moments in the show that didn't make it to CD. But it's still great to listen to.

So, where does "Science" go? I can't remember. I think it is after "Dick Fix." Is that right?
