Taboo and Never Gonna Dance don't have a recording yet, so how do they have sampler cd?

Probably one made for promotional purposes that they mail along with reduced price flyers. I got one for Hairspray before it opened

I got Never Gonna Dance in the mail- Still want to see that. I'm thinking either my grandparents or parents anniversary- But thats a lot of money. I'll wait till I can get some offers on playbill.
I think I also got one for Hairspray and A Year with Frog and Toad. They get a lot of attention- good way to promote!

The Taboo "Sampler" CD is called The London Sessions, and contains remixes and acoustic versions of some of the songs from the show. It is not the Broadway cast.

I got mine handed to me while standing in the TKTS line last month.
