Any idea if or when Taboo sheet music will ever be available. Such a great score. So many awesome songs. Sorry if this has been asked before.

I hope to god that it comes out. Those songs are fantastic! I haven't listened to anything else in months!!
Sorry if that didn't help, but I'm dying to know too. I actually searched the internet for Boy George sheet music, and nothing came up. Oh well. Maybe it'll be released.

Everyone that listenes to it is like "oooh burn that one for me!"

I really hope Rosie releases it. And I thought that Boy George would have released his pre-Taboo music, but I can't find that, either.
I can't wait for the documentary, if that's actually going to happen. I love Taboo. Too bad it wasn't open very long.

Posted: 8/27/04 at 1:06pmWhen is it coming to off-broadway? I remember reading somewhere that she wanted to bring it back. I'm all for that, what a great show.

If Taboo comes back, I think I might just die of happiness. I didn't get to see it the first time (because I thought it would be around longer), so if it does go off-Broadway, I'd be at the opening performance (or previews).
But, the cast recording and sheet music and documentary are just as great!! Especially Raul....

Posted: 8/27/04 at 3:55pmTaboo might come back?! You completely made my week. I love this show so much, too many people were scared off by the title. My mother saw "Boy George and Rosie O'Donell" on the CD cover and sneered, but I had her listen to a few songs and she loved them. *crosses fingers* I can't think of many things I would like more.

"I can't think of many things I would like more."
Ditto. Like I said before, I think I'd die. That would be the only thing that I'd ever need.... To see Taboo just once (Or 100 times), would make me the happiest person alive.

Taboo was amazing, incredible, all of the above!
It really should come back for those people who never saw it.
The sheet music must come!!

Posted: 8/27/04 at 4:15pmLast I heard, there is no plan to release the sheet music for the London or the Broadway production. But I would really like a copy of it. Such great songs. I think the documentary is supposed to be released sometime in September.

I spoke with the person who did the "Taboo" documentary, at Scott Nevins Presents - Euan Morton.
She said that it would be shown on the Kelly/Rosie cruise and they planned for a September release, but no actual date.
I heard Rosie say she was planning to bring "Taboo" back and later she said within five years.
I really hope it happens.

5 years???? That is SOOOOO far away!! How about tomorrow????
But, September is next week, so I could have "Raul in my living room"(as the Taboo documentary petition said) in the next month!!

Posted: 8/27/04 at 4:35pmJust remembered ..... I was also talking to a bartender at the Broadway Theatre in July and he mentioned that he had heard talk of a U.S. tour of Taboo. He wasn't sure that it was really going to happen but that there had been some discussion.
