This has been teased for years. I think they will wait to see how the live action version will do since those are hit or (mostly) miss these days. I hope they learned something from Moana.
That being said, this show could have always worked for a stage musical and I hope it happens.

Disney cruise line has been doing "Tangled the Musical" for quite a few years. I saw it and it was pretty good. To put it on Broadway they would need to add to it which is what they have done for other musicals.

That website has been up there for quite some time without any updates. That's not a new placeholder. I signed up for email and text updates long ago, and never had one. So, don't get excited. LOL
