I can't get the site to load and I've tried to different laptops. Am I doing something wrong? It's been a while since I've purchased tickets.

Have you tried a different browser? I just accessed the site without any problems at all.

I don't know if this will help, but I couldn't get through with telecharge.com, only with www.telecharge.com. Seems odd, but it worked. Firefox browser.
