Telecharge - Buy with Confidence Policy / Little Shop of Horrors

I didn't realize that the Westside Theatre no longer participates in the Buy with Confidence Policy. Has anyone successfully gotten a refund for LSOH recently when Telecharge contacts the box office?

Additionally, any other theatres no longer participating?

Yeah that's what I thought since I had refunded a show previously. I do not have that exchange / refund option on the website. So I emailed Telecharge. According to the email Telecharge sent me, they said that theatre no longer participates and they would request one via the box office. So strange. Unless they JUST updated their policy this week.

Little Shop's policy only ever went through 1/9. They never even extended it to Feb 28 like the Broadway theatres did. I kept checking back in December and was surprised to see the 1/9 date, especially when they had to cancel performances

So just an update: Telecharge / the theatre refunded me. I didn't cancel because of a covid reason either, just wanted to exchange my seat to a littler farther away from the stage.
