I keeping receiving the error message: "Sorry, it appears that you have not complied with one or more of our website policies and your ability to purchase tickets has been suspended" and emailing Telecharge back and forth about the problem. It takes forever to fix the problem. How do I avoid this error message in the future?
This has happened to me twice. It's such a pain in the neck. Both times I had email back and forth and send my IP address in to get it fixed.

It has had happened to me multiple times.
I never wait for them to fix it. I unplug my modem overnight (at least 8 hours) so that my ISP automatically assigns me a new IP address, which fixes the problem.

That sounds like a good idea. What about an iPad? I use Telecharge on that too.

Have you been undecided on a purchase and keep refreshing/on the same page for some reason?

That’s probably what I am doing and don’t realize it.

Is it me or does it feel like the telecharge IT infrastructure is probably something developed from the early 2000s that is held together on the backend by a bunch of band-aids and rubber bands to keep it going and 'modernise' it and yet feels like it could collapse at any moment?

Because it's run by the Shubert Organization just look at their website. It hasn't been updated in years!!! Isn't everyone working there a bunch of old farts. They can't even update photos of theatre's they own along with other stuff. Pitiful!

Just FYI, I've done that many, many times when tickets went on sale for a special occasion and have never received this error message.

It does it when you linger on a specific event, clicking on seating chart, etc. without buying, then doing it again over and over consecutive days in a row....

Like I said, I've done that many, many times, even for days at a time, and never received this error.
Over the years, it's mainly happened to me when I've been actively searching on more than one device at the same.
