Ok, i tried ordering BFO tickets....and when i clicked to "buy tickets" something poped up. it was like "we are sorry there is an unknown error, please call this number..." Sooo since i clicked on "buy tickets" does that mean i HAVE those tickets. Sorry if this is confusing.

It's not confusing at all. The same thing happened to me when I tried ordering Phantom tickets last month. You have to call customer service and they will be able to tell you whether the order went through or not (mine hadn't). Good luck!

last time I used Telecharge I kept getting an error message like that. I think it means you don't have them. I would try again.

thanks. I did it again...and i didnt get it, so i have to wait till tomorrow and call customer service since they're closed now. wow that was stressful

if your purchase was processed you would be sent a confirmation email. or call your credit card company yo see if your card was charged. the same happened to me and then i got a confirmation email.
