Scored tickets for ITH with a Broadway Box Discount

Front Row Rear Mezz on 5/17 Saturday Matinee

$ 100 for the pair. I did not think it was going to be on TDF & after the Tony nominations & the awards tickets will be hard to come by at any price.

The discounts for ITH just recently got better, so now is a good time to get reasonably priced tickets. Prior to these new discounts, ORCH and MEZZ were like 87 or something. Nuts.

I love Broadwaybox. I never go to Broadway without it.

What the heck is TWS? I just looked on several sites and cannot find anything current or about to open with those initials.

I think SpellingBee was referencing THE WEDDING SINGER.

Naturally, will get the cast album when released. I keep buying & buying, like DVD'S & never listen to most

Today I bought a DVD on sale for $ 10 A Streetcar Named Desire. Much to my surprise, I had it at home. This one today is 2 CD's with special features so I do not feel to bad

I will give my original one to someone in work.

Speaking of Tony noms... I'm trying to line up tickets for a late July trip.

Should I pretty much just bite the bullet if I want to go to Passing Strange and In the Heights? Or is there a chance of a discount?

So, that was the Drowsy Chaperone. Oh, I love it so much. I know it's not a perfect show...but it does what a musical is supposed to do. It takes you to another world, and it gives you a little tune to carry with you in your head for when you're feeling blue. Ya know?

hermionejuliet, I'd wait until right about Tony time. Things can go either way after the Tonys...discounts could pop up or there will be no discounts for a long time. I'd suggest if you're comfortable waiting to see what happens after the Tonys then wait. But if you're not I'd wait at least as far as just before the Tonys.

I was thinking about doing that Heybeen. I've seen both shows, and won't be heart broken if I don't see In the Heights again... However, I'd really like to see Passing Strange again and bring my friend who has never seen it. And don't mind supporting them with a full price ticket.

I rushed the last time - having no idea what I was about to see and pretty much fell in love with the show. I figured that rushing might be pretty impossible in July if there are Tony noms and wins.
