haha whooaa there iamemma.... is the parade airing on two channels, and are different shows showing on each channels? That is what I am gathering from all the info I've heard ( aka Wicked and Spelling Bee will be on CBS and the rest on NBC) but I was wondering if anyone understood the whole process for sure?

yes greengirl as has been the case last three years. nbc shows 4 shows between 9 - 10. before the parade comes to hearald square. cbs shows some scatered throught the broadcast (this year 2). playbill said wicked is on 11-11 30 so all you have to look out for is spelling bee, and pray it doesnt air between 9 and 10.
Nbc does it live. Shows macys parade.
CBS films them. Shows many different parades.
cbs let me down this year. usually they have more performances than that
Kristin Chenoweth is also in the parade.

Between 11-11:30 AM, Wicked stars Shoshana Bean and Megan Hilty will perform "For Good" from the show. The two singers will be singing from the Belvedere Castle in New York's Central Park (as in the musical, it takes place at Kiamo Ko Castle).
Also on the CBS show, the six spelling cast members of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee will sing the show's bonus track "Why We Like Spelling" (which is featured on the album) in a music-video-style segment that was taped all over New York's Xavier High School.
Dave Price and Hannah Storm — of "The Early Show" team — will host the festivities which will also feature country stars Kenny Chesney and Big & Rich.
CBS' coverage of the annual celebration is scheduled to air from 9 AM-12 PM (Noon. All times ET.) Check your local listings for more information.
