Quick question if anyone is familiar with the play The Canterbury Tales. I have just been cast in an amateur production at my high school in the role of the narrator (or the Geoffrey Chauster part) and was curious how large of a part it is in terms of the play. They have me as top billed but I was wondering if it's more of an ensemble part. Just so I know what I'm in for. Thanks.

Their are many versions of the work....esp since it is in the public domain. Without knowing the specific author, it could be anything.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Waiting sucks. I just put up a cast list as well....my students are anxious, too.
