Cabaret Cares kicks off the new year with the cast of Broadways In The Heights. Last year this cast put on the most talked about show of the year and they are back one more time before their show closes on January 9th.
The Evening will be hosted by Drama Desk Award Winner Doreen Montalvo and feature performances by past and present cast members. Cabaret Cares is the ongoing award winning cabaret series that raises money for Help... Is On The Way Today a non for profit organization that helps and assists children and youth living with HIV and AIDS in New York City.

A huge thank you, as always, to everyone involved in putting together such an amazing night last night. Just as much fun as last year's was, plus a little more bittersweet, and I loved every minute of it.
Noemi Taylor-Corbett's 'MTV Unplugged' version of Paparazzi, Rosie Lani Fiedelman's hula (accompanied by Doreen Montalvo's singing in Hawaiian), Blanca Camacho and Tony Chiroldes bringing the comedy, several people singing songs they wrote, the little backstage stories and anecdotes, the finale with so many past and present cast members on stage, the fact that so many past cast members were there... The whole evening was magical. And I hope they'll still do more.

What an amazing night this was the show was fabulous. We will miss them but I am sure they will all be back on Broadway very soon.
What an extra treat to have Corbin Bleu and Jordin Sparks in the audience.
