Sadly not going to be on TV/DVD, part of the deal with the NT Live broadcasts is that they're only done live (with the occasional extra screening). Something to do with the fees/royalties they would have to pay I imagine.
I didn't see the second cast but the first NT production was great - I went to the "last" night in May and it was so much fun, the cast were ad-libbing all over the place. Richard Griffiths as Auden was rather swearier than his part is in the script! As well as those you mentioned Adrian Scarborough and Stephen Wight were also superb as (respectively) Humphrey Carpenter and the rent boy.
Incidentally Humphrey Carpenter's actual biographies of Auden and Britten are well worth a read - I read them after seeing the play, and then saw the play again and got a lot more out of it second time. Quite easy to see why Bennett would have been intrigued by Britten as a character.
