call the box office?  don't know if the performance is sold out - but they've always been accomodating

Roundabout is very accommodating to members. Non-members, never.

 

I tried to move a ticket from a sold-out performance to one with 100+ seats where they were papering, and they still stuck to the party line about no exchanges.
